Designer holiday apartment in the 300-year-old Weinhaus Moser.

The 300-year-old listed building has been lovingly renovated.

Historical elements meet trendy new fixtures and select designer furniture.

The apartment extends from the small pedestrian zone on the west side to our private courtyard with fig trees on the east side. It is very well lit and has beautiful views (Art Nouveau gables opposite).

Biological materials: oiled plank floors, limed walls, glass, brass, exposed concrete.

The rented apartment is self-contained, accessible only to guests, and reached via a stairwell.

You are welcome to use our small courtyard.

Fresh peppermint grows under the fig tree, perfect for salads, tea, or cocktails.

Through the courtyard you can reach the vaulted cellar (key available on request) with a small selection of good local wines. You are welcome to help yourself; a price list (cellar prices from the wineries) is available.

Perhaps you will discover a new favorite winemaker here whom you would like to visit during your stay at the winery.

We work on the ground floor of the house in our architectural office, so we are usually nearby.

The WEINHAUS MOSER is located in the heart of Grünstadt's small pedestrian zone. Directly opposite is the organic food store HERRLISCH, and to the left and right along the pedestrian zone you'll find several charming cafés, ice cream parlors, and restaurants. Shopping is also a great option here; in addition to the large, well-stocked JOST department store, there are a variety of interesting little shops.

Although we enjoy the activity in the pedestrian zone during the day, there is no traffic noise here at night.

On foot: You're staying right in the pedestrian zone, from here there are numerous walking and hiking trails (Palatinate Wine Trail, Palatinate Almond Trail...)

Public transport: The train station (bus to train) is 250m away.

Cycling: Those who enjoy cycling will find very attractive and varied routes in the surrounding area. You can lock your bicycle in the courtyard at night or in the wine cellar below.

By car:

You can have your suitcases delivered by car right to the door. There is ample parking nearby.

Day trips through the countryside are very popular. Grünstadt is located on the German Wine Route, near the Palatinate Forest, Zellertal, etc.

WEINHAUS MOSER used to be one of the town's most popular restaurants.

The old pub at the front facing the pedestrian zone is now the meeting room of our architectural firm.

From time to time, we or our friends host small cultural or culinary events here, such as wine tastings, Friday cooking, concerts, drawing sessions, and exhibitions.
