Above the village of Altleiningen, nestled among oak and black locust trees, rise two tall glass gables. A modern timber-framed building with light-filled rooms and panoramic views across the valley. Polished concrete, raw wood formwork, lacquered steel, colored glass, brushed brass, designer furniture, and antique regional paintings create an aesthetic that blends a simple mountain cabin with vibrant, pop-art modernity.

APARTMENT EAST

At the center of the apartment is an open-plan living loft with panoramic windows,
with a well-equipped kitchenette, and in winter for those who enjoy it, also with a wood-burning stove*.
In front of it is a large balcony with a fantastic view over the valley.
The cozy lounge living room is situated on a slight rise.
The spacious shower room overlooks the oak forest to the north.
Upstairs, the gallery bedroom opens up to the valley with a large glass gable.
The second, cozy bedroom overlooks an oak grove and sandstone cliffs.

GARDEN
Both apartments offer direct access to our large garden. We've designed it to be relaxed, vibrant, and close to nature. In the garden you'll find, among other things:
Dining area in the robinia grove
Vegetable, herb and fruit garden (heirloom varieties). Harvesting allowed.
Sauna with panoramic views, relaxation terrace, cooling shower, concrete bathtub

SAUNA
In the garden below the house, you'll find our small, elegant sauna for up to four people. The panoramic view of the valley is particularly beautiful. In winter, the low winter sun shines right down to the benches. Next to it, there's a cold-water shower and a relaxation terrace for cooling off. If you like, you can also take a dip in the concrete bathtub (which, by the way, is sustainably fed with rainwater that we store beneath the house).
Use of the sauna is included in the price. A list is posted at the sauna where guests can enter their sauna times in advance.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
The apartment is NOT wheelchair accessible; it has stairs inside the apartment and also in the garden.
Pets are NOT allowed.
NON-SMOKING apartment.
Fires and candles are prohibited in the garden due to the risk of forest fires.
Use of the wood-burning stove only after SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS.

Due to the open-plan design, the sleeping gallery is not acoustically separated from the living area. Naturally, it is separated from the living area by a glass wall and curtains, ensuring both light and privacy. The north-facing bedroom is separated from the living room by a lightweight furniture door.
