APARTMENT EAST

At the center of the apartment is an open-plan living loft with panoramic windows,
with a well-equipped kitchenette.
In front of it is a large balcony with a fantastic view over the valley.
The cozy lounge living room is situated on a slight rise.
The spacious shower room overlooks the oak forest to the north.
Upstairs, the gallery bedroom opens up to the valley with a large glass gable.
The second, cozy bedroom overlooks an oak grove and sandstone cliffs.

GARDEN
Both apartments have direct access to our large garden. We designed it to be casual, cheerful, and close to nature. In the garden You will find, among other things:

Vegetable, herb and fruit garden (heirloom varieties). Harvesting allowed.

SAUNA
In the garden below the house you will find our small, elegant sauna for up to Sleeps 4. The panoramic view of the valley is particularly beautiful. In winter The low sun shines down to the benches. IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
The apartment is NOT wheelchair accessible; it has stairs inside the apartment and also in the garden.
Pets are NOT allowed.
NON-SMOKING apartment.
Fires and candles are prohibited in the garden due to the risk of forest fires.

Due to its open design, the sleeping gallery is acoustically not separated from the living area. Naturally, it is connected by a A glass wall and curtains provide complete light and privacy protection. The northern side The bedroom is separated from the living room by a light furniture door.
